SHIPPING & RETURNS
All deliveries are made from our workshop in Vapi, Gujarat. All domestic products are shipped typically within 2 working days. We have partnered with reputed logistic partners to ensure a smooth delivery process.
We usually take 3-10 business days to deliver across India. In some cases, it may take a little longer (e.g. busy festive season, unexpected calamities, etc.). But we'll always try our best to keep you updated and informed.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. But you can cancel your COD or PREPAID order within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We usually take 10-21 business days for international deliveries. Again, in some cases, it may take a little longer (e.g. busy festive season, unexpected calamities, etc.). But we'll always try our best to keep you updated and informed.

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties. Customers have to pay these charges at the time of receiving the package. VNPL only charges for shipping costs. We are not responsible for any additional charges applied by the destination country.
If the customer refuses to pay any liable charges levied by the destination country, the shipped package may be destroyed. VNPL will not be responsible for such events.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Vishwaa we have formulated each and every product to deliver desired outcomes. We hope you enjoy our products as much as we enjoyed making them. Just in case you would like to return a product, please do contact us and we will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds / replacements in following cases:
You received a wrong shipment
You received a damaged product
You received an expired product
In any of the above case, please contact us with a return / replace request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. To raise such a request, please drop us an email at email@example.com.
We do not accept return or replace claims after 7 days from the time of delivery of the product. We usually review such requests within 48 hours. Once the request is approved, we initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will coordinate with you to pick the order.
Once we receive the returned order and verify the issues described by you, we will initiate a refund / replacement within 48 hours.
